Spring 2026 Registration Information and Location Boundaries
Registration for 8U - 14U divisions will be open from:
October 1 - October 31, 2025*
For players born between 9/1/2011 - 8/31/2019
*Late registration is limited to space available by age division. Registration fees go up on Nov 1st.

Do you live outside of El Dorado Hills, CA 95762?
Our club has two boundaries. We serve all of the residents of El Dorado Hills, CA 95762 with the ability to serve a percentage of residents residing on the western slope of El Dorado County or in a neighboring County.
- Players with an address outside of El Dorado Hills will require EDHYLAX approval.
- For players outside of El Dorado County, you will first need EDHYLAX approval, followed by an email releasing your player from your local rec lacrosse club, if applicable.

*These are not new restrictions, however, with our club's growth it is one we now have to track to ensure we remain in compliance.
IMPORTANT! NEW REQUIREMENT FOR 2026 SEASON
NEW AGE VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT FOR ALL PLAYERS:
USA Lacrosse now REQUIRES age verification. Verification documents will need to be uploaded when you renew/sign up for your USA Lacrosse Membership.
Please have one of the approved documents scanned and ready, to upload for age verification:
- Birth certificate
- Passport
- State ID Card
- Military ID
File upload limit 5 MB. Only images and PDFs are accepted file formats.

SPRING REGISTRATION FEES
8U Boys and Girls - $100.00
*Late registration after 10/31: $150.00
10U Boys and Girls - $185.00
*Late registration after 10/31: $235.00
12U/14U Boys and Girls - $335.00
*Late registration after 10/31: $435.00
*Late registration is limited to space available in each age division. Late registration is not guaranteed.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS ARE BACK THIS SEASON!
For those families with siblings who play, EDHYLAX offers a $30 discount for each additional sibling. Discounts will auto populate this season when you register more than one child.
*Sibling discounts are only available during our normal registration window, during the month of October. Late registrations are not eligible for any discount.
What age division do I sign my player up for?
Use the chart to the right to determine your players eligibility.
Our registration will only allow you to register in the division that applies to your player, based on their date of birth on their USA Lacrosse Membership.
If you believe your child should be in a different division than their age-specifies, please reach out to either our boysdirector@edhylax.org or girlsdirector@edhylax.org to review options.
Our league follows the USA Lacrosse Age Grouping which can be referenced here
We offer lacrosse for players in the 8U through 14U divisions.

COACHING
8U Boys and Girls - WE NEED COACHES!
Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches! Without coaches, we have no teams!
Please send an email to president@edhylax.org to volunteer to coach. NO EXPERIENCE necessary. We will provide you with training!
Have you coached basketball or soccer? Then you got this! This is the perfect time to learn the sport along side your player. We know what your thinking.... Someone else will step up. That someone is YOU!
TEAM COMMUNICATION
DOWNLOAD THE SPORTS ENGINE APP (SE):
Coaches will use the app to communicate throughout the season. Players will RSVP for practices and games via the app as well.
