Our board is looking for volunteers who are committed to our Trojan Family! Volunteers who will help us focus our efforts on running a club that creates respectful, hardworking team players who love and respect the game and their teammates.

Immediate Board Member openings:
2024 Director of Marketing - Help us get the word out! Lacrosse is so much fun, we want everyone to know it! We have some sponsors who would like to donate to our club. We are looking for a creative person to establish a sponsorship program and to continue to coordinate donations to keep lacrosse affordable for all to play in EDH. Maybe a dine-out night or two? We are open to ideas. If you are interested in helping with Marketing, please reach out to our Director of Communications, Marilyn Vinciguerra for more information.
Immediate Parent Coordinator openings:
2024 Events Coordinator - Enjoy working with your community? Like working with a team? Entertaining? Organizing? This position is for you! Coordinate league events such as CSD Trunk or Treat, evaluations, picture day, and our end of the season party! If you are interested in the position of Events Coordinator, please reach out to our Director of Communications, Marilyn Vinciguerra for more information.
We ask for a minimum two year commitment for all positions. This ensures league stability and ease of transition.

Current EDH Board Member Positions: President, Secretary, Treasurer, Operations, Girls Director, Boys Director, Director of Communications, Director of Marketing, and Director of Teams.
Current EDH Parent Coordinator Positions: Events Coordinator and Game Box Coordinator.
Key elements of additional board positions:
President - Oversee all administrative, financial and operational aspects of the organization.
Secretary - Take and keep all board meeting minutes, manage coaches certification process, etc.
Treasurer - Organize financials, coordinate taxes w/ an accountant, light budgeting, etc.
Director of Operations - Procure and maintain all club equipment and gear, coordinate field preparation and maintenance, etc.
Boys / Girls Directors - Coordinate and keep all elements of either the boys or girls side of the club organized and running smoothly.
Director of Communications - System/website management and maintenance, all things registration, club communication and social media, administrative support, training, etc.
Director of Teams - Keep us looking good on the field. Coordinate all things uniforms and swag related.

Game Box Coordinator - Coordinate game day field equipment pickup/drop off.
